Concord Lark Character Design

Lark was one of the most difficult characters to design in my whole career so far. They went through many iterations because they needed to fit a number of criteria. Lark needed to fit their kit, which was more of a hang back and plant pods kind of thing. They also needed to have a human-like face so that we could use facial capture in vignettes. Overall, I think Lark fits their description pretty well. Lark is the most feared creature in the galaxy because they are animal/fungi DNA which can alter at will at any time. Once the body is destroyed, Lark can use a body shell they previously dropped to destroy the current body and can teleport their consciousness into the new shell.
